The staff really stood out with their friendliness and genuine willingness to assist, especially in resolving issues promptly. the room's condition raised concerns. it felt outdated and there was an unfortunate ant problem that affected our comfort. some furnishings were not in great shape, with stained carpets and a questionable dining chair. Although the location made it easy to access local restaurants, managing the steep hill back to the room can be challenging.

What's more, the WiFi only worked at reception, which is a trek away from the rooms. I also found multiple issues like a dirty toilet and broken items scattered around the apartment. The pools lacked shade, and you had to fight for lounge space since there weren't enough chairs. If you want to stay connected or relax by the pool, you're in for a bit of an uphill battle, literally and figuratively.

The stay was enjoyable mostly due to the fantastic views and spacious room with a small kitchen. Being close to the main hub made it easy to explore, and I appreciated the lovely proximity to the beach and other attractions like the Airlie Beach Lagoon. the sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock, which raised some security concerns. a bathtub shower isn’t the most convenient. it met my needs, especially for a relaxing getaway.

Absolutely stunning views, but my room had an unclean fridge with frozen-over ice. I also experienced a spark from the wall socket while charging my laptop, but apparently, it was my problem. Would've been nice if I got a complimentary upgrade after all this nonsense. I just couldn't ignore these major oversights.

Amazing place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, saltwater pool, and laundry services. The staff offered great travel tips on my first stay, which I still remember. I recommend it for a weekend getaway.
